Commercial & Residential Leases: Negotiate and draft lease provisions or ground leases for industrial, commercial, office, retail, or residential spaces.

Litigation: Represent clients on title issues, easements, and real property claims, including landlord/tenant.

Estate Planning

Preparation and execution of wills and testamentary trusts, revocable and irrevocable lifetime trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and living wills. Estate planning may include tax reduction strategies and general counseling regarding personal concerns confronting clients in structuring their estate plans.

Criminal Defense

If you have been charged with a crime, you should have an experienced criminal defense attorney working on your behalf and protecting your rights. As a former prosecutor for the State of New York, I have an extensive knowledge base and understand the process and timeline to put clients at ease.

Additionally, I appear in traffic court on behalf of drivers to defend and negotiate motor vehicle violations.
